Prepare for your birth with confidence, calm, and connection. In this hands-on workshop, you and your partner will learn practical comfort techniques to support your body and mind through labor. We’ll explore breathing, relaxation, movement, massage, positioning, and partner support—all designed to help you cope with contractions and create a more positive, empowering birth experience.

Whether you’re planning for a hospital, birth center, or home birth, this class will give you both the tools and the confidence to stay grounded, relaxed, and connected every step of the way.

Cost: $70 per couple
When: Tuesday, 6pm-8:30pm (see specific dates when registering)

NOTE: Please wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and stretch. Please bring 1-2 pillows per person and a yoga mat. We will be using movement on wood flooring so please bring additional blankets if needed for comfort for your knees. No shoes in the class space.
