Live Workshop Reschedule, Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation by Registrant:
Registrant must notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop may not be eligible for a refund but can be considered for rescheduling based on availability.
No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
If a registrant purchases a multi-part series and attends at least one part of that series, no refunds will be given.
If a registrant purchases a digital recording of a workshop, no refunds will be given once the purchase is complete as access to that recording is received immediately upon purchase.
Reschedule by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule a workshop registrants will be notified and be given the opportunity to reschedule.
If the registrant chooses not to reschedule or is unavailable on the reschedule date, a full refund will be given.
Cancellation by Organizer:
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, all registrants will receive a full refund.
We will make every effort to notify registrants of workshop cancellations in a timely manner via email or phone.
Refund Processing:
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued via the original payment method.
Any processing fees incurred during the refund transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.
By registering for our live workshops, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy. Please contact us for any further clarification or assistance regarding cancellations and refunds.
Delivery of Goods and Services
If you have any issues with your order or do not receive the digital product link or access link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact hello@nationalbabyco.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.
Agreement of Release and Waiver of Liability for Participation in Pregnancy/Postpartum Circles, Classes, or Workshops with National Baby Co.
By purchasing and registering for an in-person class you are agreeing to the following:
1. I am or will be participating in Parenting or Childbirth Class, Support Circles, or Workshops (the “Programs”) offered by National Baby Co. during which I will receive information and instruction about pregnancy, birth, postpartum, parenting, infant care, infant sleep, and health. These classes entail physical activity. I recognize that such physical activity may be difficult and may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I am fully aware of and accept the risks and hazards involved. I choose to voluntarily participate in the Programs, and by participating, assume full responsibility for all risks.
2. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult with my healthcare practitioner prior to and regarding my participation in the Programs offered by National Baby Co., and to receive prior approval to participate. I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and I have no medical condition or injury, which would prevent my full participation in the Programs. I assume full responsibility for my participation and understand that a release from my healthcare provider may be required.
3. I understand that information pertaining to labor, delivery or prenatal health offered by National Baby Co. or other students present, does not constitute actual medical advice. I agree to not act on any information without first consulting with my Physician or Midwife.
4. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Programs, I agree to assume all full responsibility for any risks, conditions, injuries, or damages, known or unknown, which I might incur or aggravate as a result of my participating in same.
5. In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the Programs, I knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly waive any claim I may have or acquire against National Baby Co., or their agents, tenants, landlords, managers, employees, substitutes & teachers, for any injury, condition or damages that I may sustain as a result of entering or being on the premises or participating in the Programs.
6. I, my heirs or legal representatives, forever release, waive, discharge, hold harmless and covenant not to sue National Baby Co., or their agents, tenants, landlords, managers, employees, substitutes & teachers, for any condition, injury to my person, or damage or loss to my property, which arises, is caused by or is aggravated by reason of my participation in the Programs.
7. I understand that it is my continuing responsibility to inform my instructor of any previous medical conditions, injuries or surgeries prior to my first class. I also understand that it is my continuing responsibility to continue to inform my instructor of any changes to my health or medical condition.
8. By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that National Baby Co. cannot guarantee that participants in the facility will not become exposed or affected by illness or infection and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, and death. I also agree to reschedule or cancel if I am ill and that participants should not come to class if they are symptomatic.
9. I also understand that except for an eligible monetary refund of class fees, I have no claims against National Baby Co., or their agents, tenants, landlords, managers, employees, substitutes & teachers, by reason of their refusal to allow me to participate in the Programs.
10. I give National Baby Co permission to add my email address to their email mailing list so that I may receive periodic updates on classes and events. I understand that I may unsubscribe from the email list at any time. I also understand that even if I didn’t opt into receiving such notification, I understand that National Baby Co. may still send me emails, texts or calls, including important information about the Programs, such as class cancellations. National Baby Co. warrants that they will not share, distribute or sell my email address or contact information to any third party.
11. In checking the box below I agree that neither National Baby Co. is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class in person.
12. I give National Baby Co. permission to take instructional and promotional pictures and videos of myself and my partner during class time. I give permission to National Baby Co. to use photos/videos of myself and my partner in promotional materials, on the website, in social media supporting the community aspect of this practice. Revoke of consent can occur at any time - email National Baby Co. to revoke consent of use of photos or videos.
