Purchase Terms of Agreement

The purchase of digital products, including PDF downloads, free resources and other online material is subject to the following terms and conditions. We advise you to review carefully before making any purchase.

Payment + Refund Policy

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, PDF downloads, resource material, freebies, and other online or downloadable content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal or Stripe that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all digital purchases made on www.nationalbabyco.com are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

National Baby Co. reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product or service offerings without prior notice.

Delivery of Goods and Services

If you have any issues with your order or do not receive the digital product link upon purchasing, you can immediately contact hello@nationalbabyco.com with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.

Workshop Reschedule, Cancellation & Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation by Registrant:

    • Registrant must notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop to receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the workshop may not be eligible for a refund but can be considered for rescheduling based on availability.

    • No-shows without prior notice will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

    • If a registrant purchases a multi-part series and attends at least one part of that series, no refunds will be given.

    • If a registrant purchases a digital recording of a workshop, no refunds will be given once the purchase is complete as access to that recording is received immediately upon purchase.

  2. Reschedule by Organizer:

    • In the unlikely event that we need to reschedule a workshop registrants will be notified and be given the opportunity to reschedule.

    • If the registrant chooses not to reschedule or is unavailable on the reschedule date, a full refund will be given.

  3. Cancellation by Organizer:

    • In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, all registrants will receive a full refund.

    • We will make every effort to notify registrants of workshop cancellations in a timely manner via email or phone.

  4. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation and will be issued via the original payment method.

    • Any processing fees incurred during the refund transaction may be deducted from the refund amount.
