Our Process is Simple
Once you submit your Care Questionnaire, we’ll get started reviewing your ideal care needs and requests. One of our matchmakers will review your inquiry form to learn more about you and what is most important to your family! We take all of your needs into consideration as we hand-select doula matches that we believe would be an ideal fit.
During this initial process, you can schedule a complimentary concierge call with one of our wonderful matchmakers to share more details about your needs and get more information on our matching process.
National Baby Co is passionate about authentic connections and getting to know the unique needs of each family, so we can make an ideal match. We are intentional about personally getting to know each member of our team so we can fine-tune the matches your family receives.

When you receive access to your vetted doula matches, you’ll have a chance to review information about their services, experience, pricing, testimonials, trainings, certifications, continuing education, and more!
Once you have selected your top choice(s), we’re available for support as you move through the interview and hiring process with your selections. All services are reserved and paid for directly with each doula or specialist.

They know the importance of hiring only the best to provide birth & postpartum care for your family & baby.
Every single provider at National Baby Co. has been personally vetted and interviewed by Chelsea & Lauren. When screening each provider we confirm formal training and/or certification in their field, conduct a thorough background check, review personal & professional references, confirm CPR + First Aid certification, receive a copy of their personal liability insurance & business license for our files and conduct a face-to-face interview.
