Our Simple Process
Once you submit your family application, we’ll get started reviewing your ideal care needs and requests. We personally read through your inquiry form to learn more about you and what is most important to your family! We take this into consideration as we personally hand select a handful of doula matches that we believe would be an ideal match.
During this initial process, you can always schedule a call with one of our wonderful Maternity Concierges, if you have any questions or would like to learn more about doula services or our matching process.
All of the doulas and specialists within our network are personally vetted and interviewed by Chelsea & Lauren. When screening each provider we confirm formal training and/or certification in their field, conduct a thorough background check, review personal & professional references, confirm CPR + First Aid certification, receive a copy of their personal liability insurance & business license for our files and conduct a face-to-face interview.
National Baby Co. is passionate about authentic connections and getting to know the unique needs of each family, so we can make an ideal match. We have ongoing mentoring, social gatherings, continuing education events so that we can take the time to get to know the doulas on our team and be confident in referring them to your family.

Each doula profile includes information about their services, biography, pricing, testimonials, certifications and more! Once you read through the profiles, you can let us know which doulas you’d like to interview with. We'll send your preferred matches your contact information and care request detail. Your matches will be in touch asap to introduce themselves and schedule interviews!
Once you have selected your top choice(s), we’re available for support as you move through the hiring process with your care providers. All services are reserved and paid for directly with each doula.
