We are excited to share that we’re growing and looking to expand our doula team in Portland, Corvallis, and Eugene. We are seeking exceptional & professional members with training/certification as a :
Birth Doula
Postpartum Doula (overnight availability preferred)
Newborn Care Specialist

You are an excellent communicator
You are are willing and able to give & receive feedback from our executive team seamlessly and without delay
You are a team player and fantastic at what you do
Can confidently support families with postpartum recovery, newborn care, infant feeding, newborn sleep education, emotional support, light meal preparation, and postpartum planning.

Qualifications
All applicants should have:
Professional birth and/or postpartum doula training or certification (newly trained doulas are welcome to apply)
Strong communication and client support skills
Reliable transportation
Availability for on-call birth support and/or postpartum scheduling (overnight postpartum care is our highest priority at the moment)
Current CPR & First Aid certification
Professional Liability Insurance from CM&F, Alternative Balance, or ProLiability
Submit to a background check
Experience & eagerness in supporting diverse family needs
