"Nourishing the Client: Mind/Body/Spirit," is our newest workshop tailored specifically for doulas or other birthworkers seeking to provide holistic support to expecting and new parents. In this immersive workshop, we will explore the profound & sacred connection between the mind, body, and spirit during the perinatal journey. Through a blend of reflective exercises, interactive discussions, and practical techniques, you will gain valuable insight into nurturing the holistic well-being of your clients.

From guiding clients through mindful breathing exercises during labor to offering compassionate postpartum support that honors the varying emotional, physical and spiritual dimensions of motherhood & parenting, this workshop will equip you with additional tools to nourish your clients on every level.
