Who We’re Looking For
We’re currently expanding our San Diego network and looking for both birth and postpartum doulas who:
Are based in or serve the greater San Diego area
Have experience supporting families through birth and/or postpartum (overnights are in the highest demand right now!)
Are professional, reliable, and warm in client interactions
Provide nonjudgmental, compassionate care across a variety of family structures
Qualify for Carrot, Maven, Progyny, or Cleo coverage
Are excited to be part of a collaborative, doula-centered referral network
Whether your strength is supporting long hospital labors, helping families navigate the first twelve weeks at home, providing overnight care, or teaching partners how to get involved—we have families looking for you.
