National Baby Co. is hiring experienced and dependable birth and postpartum doulas in:
Los Angeles County (West Side, South Bay and Long Beach)
San Diego County
North Jersey and NYC
San Francisco Bay Area
Portland, Eugene, and Vancouver
Miami and Orlando
Knoxville
And we’re also looking for travel-ready postpartum doulas who are available for short-term (4-6w) opportunities nationwide.

We receive a lot of inquiries from Carrot Fertility and Maven, which means we regularly get clients whose care is reimbursed through their workplace benefits. This is a major plus if you're looking to work with well-supported families who already understand the value of what doulas bring to the table.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for doulas who are:
Formally trained or certified as a doula with a recognized organization
CPR & First Aid Certified and have active liability insurance
Professional, reliable, and responsive
Passionate about client-centered care
Willing to collaborate and communicate with a team
Available to take on new clients in the next 1 to 3 months
You should be confident working independently, but excited to be part of something bigger than just yourself. We love doulas who show up fully, communicate clearly, and believe in building lasting relationships, both with clients and with our team.
