Position: Postpartum Doula – Daytime and Overnight Support
Location: Southlake, TX 76092
EDD: August 27, 2025 – Scheduled Cesarean
Coverage: Carrot Healthcare – $20,000 coverage for 6 weeks

Daytime Postpartum Support:

• Schedule: Mon-Thurs 1:30pm-5pm

• Baby care while mom showers, rests, bonds with older children

• Feeding support (planning to breastfeed and eventually bottle feed)

• Assist with light laundry, household tidying & cleaning, light meal preparation

Overnight Postpartum Support:

• Schedule: 5–7 nights per week for 1–2 months

• Duties include:

  • Sibling care and integration support (2yo & 4yo)

  • Rest/sleep coverage for parents

  • Sleep hygiene and sleep shaping guidance for baby

  • Feeding support (breast, bottle, pumping)

  • Light meal preparation for family and children

Budget: $65–$85/hr, with flexibility based on experience
