Coverage: Carrot Healthcare - must qualify for reimbursement. Up to $90k for first 6 weeks
Requests: Not looking for newly trained doula; experience required.

Postpartum Support:

• Schedule: Daytime support for 5 days / week for first 6 weeks
  Overnight support for 5 nights / week for first 6 weeks
  *Carrot covers up to 16 hours of support / day

• Duties include:

  • Postpartum recovery support

  • Rest/sleep coverage for parents

  • Baby sleep support

  • Baby care tutorials

  • Light household management / tidying

  • Infant feeding support

  • Babywearing guidance

• Budget: $55-$85/hr ideal

Birth Support:

• Seeking in person support for her first baby. Considered high risk and has some anxiety surrounding labor and birth.

  • Birth planning

  • Comfort measures & moral support

  • Advocacy for ideal birth experience

  • Partner guidance

  • Bonding & Breastfeeding support

  • Postpartum preparation

• Budget: $3,000-$5,000
